This holy place is situated in Garhshankar City Village Birampur, , Distt. Hoshiarpur (Punjab). This tradition has been started by Shri Saroo Ram Ji, followed by Shri Ganga Ram Ji and then by Shri Joginder Pal Ji. At present Shri Joginder Pal ji is taking care of all activities of this dera.
History of Shiv Mandir Kutia
This place is now more than 70 years old, An annual feat is also organized from the last 62 years on 23-24-25 March, in which various artists participate and exhibits their talents, Langar Seva is also organized for all three days for everyone. Lot of people come here every year from different parts of world to get the blessings of Shri Joginder Pal ji and to worship this sacred place.
